Delivery is free of charge on advertised products to anywhere within mainland UK on a 2-3 day delivery unless indicated otherwise. Please Note: An additional charge may apply to deliveries across water or to the Highlands & Islands. Where indicated a next working day delivery service is available at an additional cost of £15 + vat providing orders are received by 11am.
On receipt please inspect the goods carefully for damage and also ensure that the equipment is in proper working order as AirControl Systems is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery, loss of products or malfunctioning equipment unless the customer advises AirControl Systems of such within two working days from the date of delivery. It is advisable to retain all packing for a reasonable period in the event that the goods have to be returned.
When you place your order you must notify AirControl Systems of any special delivery instructions that are required.
Please ensure that adequate facilities are available at the place of delivery in order that the delivery driver can carry out prompt and safe unloading.
Deliveries are made by a driver only and therefore his responsibility is solely to offload at ground level. It is not the drivers responsibility to unpack, setup or position the machine. Prior to receiving your goods you will be notified of a delivery day. Standard delivery is normally any time during a normal working day. However we can provide a timed delivery at additional cost and this can be advised at the time of purchase.
Certain deliveries are made directly by our distributors, this information will be supplied to you at the time of ordering along with the relevant contact details.

Installation
AirControl Systems is not responsible for the installation of any product..
Availability of Goods
All orders are subject to product availability. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone and will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order.

Returns
Returning items:
Please call 01225 752494 and we will arrange a collection of any damaged goods. We will pay for defective/damaged returns but should you simply not like the item and wish to return it then it must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging in good condition together with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase. If the unit was received on a pallet from Delonghi then it must be returned the same way to minimise the risk of damage in transit.
All products to be returned, at the Buyers cost, must be returned in the original packing including strapping for safe transportation. If you require strapping then we will post to you easy-to-fit strapping, We will not accept a returned machine where the packaging has simply been taped. All products will be inspected and tested and unless the product is subject to a manufacturing fault, this cost and any associated repair cost will be charged to the Buyer. The minimum charge will be 20% of the original invoice value, plus the collection & original delivery cost. A REFUND WILL THEN BE MADE.
Please Note: The above returns policy regarding unwanted items applies to consumers only and not business to business sales.
Damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products must be reported to AirControl Systems within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
Items are to be returned at your cost unless you can establish to the satisfaction of AirControl Systems the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it.

The manufacturer may offer free inspection and repair for all products that develop a fault, not caused by accident, misuse or neglect, within the manufacturers guarantee period.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Prices & Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Unless otherwise stated the goods shall not become the property of the buyer until the purchase price of the goods has been paid in full.
All prices and products quoted are subject to alteration or withdrawal from time to time without notice.
All deliveries are to be made within the mainland UK only.
Guarantee and warranties
You must acknowledge that AirControl Systems is not the manufacturer of the Goods. We will however endeavour to transfer to you the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer or supplier of the goods.
All DeLonghi machines are covered under a 2 warranty. Year 1 is parts & labour with year 2 parts only. DeLonghi or their service agents shall be responsible for honouring this warranty.
Ariagel portable air conditioners are covered under a 36 month parts warranty
Daitsu Portable Air Conditioners are covered under a 12 month swap-out or refund warranty.
All other makes unless stated are covered under a 12 month swap out or refund warranty. In the event of a problem during the warranty period it will be the customers responsibility to return the machine at the customers expense to the manufacturers agent within the UK for repair or seek a repair locally.

Ordering
You may order products displayed on this web site by telephoning AirControl Systems or by faxing or posting a purchase order. If you place your order via fax, telephone or mail we will confirm you order via e-mail or post within 2 working days.
If AirControl Systems is unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and refund you any money which you have paid.
You can pay by any Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. You may also pay by cheque or money order if you wish.
AirControl Systems will debit money from your account within one working day after it has received your order.
AirControl Systems cannot guarantee delivery times but it aims to deliver within the advised time specified when placing your order.
If the goods are not delivered within the specified delivery time then please contact us by telephone or e-mail.
